About Me

Hello! My name is Gwendolyn "Wynne" Gettelfinger. As a 3D Animator and Layout Artist I create memorable and engaging stories through character performances and camera movement. I am an 2019 Animation alumna of The Savannah College of Art and Design.

Recently, I completed work with Lightstorm Entertainment Inc. as a Sequence Artist on the upcoming film Avatar: Fire and Ash (2025). I started working with LEI in 2020, bringing to life the highly anticipated Avatar sequel, Avatar: The Way of Water. While at LEI I supported and built sequences of virtual scenes, incorporating motion capture, lighting, and environments into stage-ready files for virtual cameras.
I also created pre-vis animations of creatures, vehicles, props, or other elements not tracked using motion capture. I gained valuable experience working on a motion capture stage and managing sequences through our pipeline.

I am always looking to improve my technical and creative skills within the Animation and VFX Industry. I appreciate traveling and meeting new people while experiencing new cultures. When I'm not creating art, you can find me outdoors at a local park or curled up with my cat, a cup of tea, and an exciting book.

Thank you for viewing my portfolio!
